Joe's Priorities:

• Eliminate  the unnecessary expense of waste and fraud
• Support increasing the homestead exemption to $500,000 and eliminating property tax for resident seniors.
• Oppose excessive property tax increases that burden homeowners and pass through to tenants in their rent.
• Support policies that encourage affordable housing development
• Work with local businesses to create well-paid job opportunities for our residents
• Incentivize landlords to charge rents at affordable rates.
